Three D Wellness is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Sonza Curtis takes a whole-person, root-cause approach to help you overcome chronic health challenges — from autoimmune conditions and hormonal imbalances to digestive disorders and chronic fatigue.
Your first visit is a comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation with Dr. Curtis. She will review your full health history, listen to your concerns, and discuss your health goals. From there, she may recommend specialized functional lab work to get a complete picture of what's happening in your body.
We recommend bringing any recent lab results, a list of your current supplements and medications, and your completed new patient intake forms to your first appointment.

Three D Wellness is a private-pay functional medicine practice. We do not accept insurance, but many patients use HSA or FSA accounts toward their care. This model allows Dr. Curtis to spend the time your health deserves — without the limitations of insurance-driven medicine.

Yes! Three D Wellness sees patients from across the country, both in-person at our Roswell, GA office and via telehealth for established patients. Many out-of-town patients fly or drive in for their initial consultation, then continue care remotely.
